BECOMING A DISABILITY ADVOCATE-NEXT LIVE SESSION January 10 – February 21, 2024

The Disability Teacher teaches non-attorneys the ends and outs of Social Security Disability Law. The Social Security Act allows non-attorney representatives to represent a claimant at all stages of a case from initial application to hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. Non-attorneys earn fees from the back pay a claimant may receive if the representative wins approval or a favorable decision for the client. Non-attorney representatives are entitled to 25% of the claimant’s back pay benefits not to exceed $7,200.00 which is the same fee amount for attorneys who practice Social Security Disability Law.

EDPNA Exam Study Sessions

The Disability Teacher is offering study sessions for the EDPNA (Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney) exam. Study sessions will be held in March, April, and May 2024. Tuition cost is $597.00 which includes all three sessions, LIVE virtual instruction, study materials and sample exam questions.
